What is Wipro selection process?

Selection Round Process:

1st Round - Written Test Round:

  • Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning & Verbal Ability (Total 30 Questions, Time Duration 45 Minutes)
  • Coding Test Round (Total 2 Questions, Time Duration 45 Minutes)
  • Written Communication Test (1 Question, Time Duration 20 Minutes)

2nd Round - Interviews:

  • Technical HR Interview
  • HR Interview (15 to 20 Minutes depending on profiles)

Wipro Select Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidate should have a minimum of 60% in 10th & 12th, and minimum 60% in Graduation, 6 CGPA or equivalent as per university guidelines 
  • Without any standing arrears
  • The candidate should have a Full-time Degree course recognized by the Central  OR State Government of India.
  • Should have completed all exams/ viva-voice/ training and should not have any pending attendance requirement with the college.
  • In some cases or a few specific colleges, the minimum is 65%. 
  • The eligibility criteria might also vary according to the profile i.e between Wipro & Wipro Turbo. 
  • Wipro Turbo has also conducted an interview but only in premium colleges like IITs, NITs, VIT, etc.
