Selection Round Process:
1st Round - Written Test Round:
- Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning & Verbal Ability (Total 30 Questions, Time Duration 45 Minutes)
- Coding Test Round (Total 2 Questions, Time Duration 45 Minutes)
- Written Communication Test (1 Question, Time Duration 20 Minutes)
2nd Round - Interviews:
- Technical HR Interview
- HR Interview (15 to 20 Minutes depending on profiles)
Wipro Select Eligibility Criteria:- Candidate should have a minimum of 60% in 10th & 12th, and minimum 60% in Graduation, 6 CGPA or equivalent as per university guidelines
- Without any standing arrears
- The candidate should have a Full-time Degree course recognized by the Central OR State Government of India.
- Should have completed all exams/ viva-voice/ training and should not have any pending attendance requirement with the college.
- In some cases or a few specific colleges, the minimum is 65%.
- The eligibility criteria might also vary according to the profile i.e between Wipro & Wipro Turbo.
- Wipro Turbo has also conducted an interview but only in premium colleges like IITs, NITs, VIT, etc.
