Role Overview:

The Management Trainee will undergo a structured training program designed to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in management. This role provides exposure to various business functions and management practices, preparing the individual for a Full-time opportunity within our organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a structured training program in 1 of the mentioned roles of the business, which includes Tech Support, Demand Generation and Customer Success.
  • Gain hands-on experience through project assignments and Skill placements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Participate in team meetings, provide input, and contribute to problem-solving.


Tech Support Training:

  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot customer issues, escalate complex problems to higher-level support when necessary, and ensure follow-up until resolution.
  • Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Support Ticket Management: Manage and prioritize support tickets to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.


Demand Generation:

  • Support the development of content for marketing campaigns, including blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of demand generation campaigns across various channels (email, social media, paid media).
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.


Customer Success:

  • Collaboration with internal teams on the requirements for their customers.
  • Closely work with the CSMs on the assigned accounts.
  • Be proactive in tracking the status of tickets, issues and overall utilisation of the platform by the customers.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field. (Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.)
  • Strong academic record and demonstrated leadership potential.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new concepts and skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
