Motivation is a quality of internal disposition to be concerned with the approach of positive incentives and avoid negative incentives. In other words: Motivation is the means for implementing or exercising the managerial function of direction and is one of its most important or key principles. It is the force that moves people and causes them to act enthusiastically.
