Aleksandra Bortich initiated her career through a casting campaign for the series "Babes & Chicks" in 2012. During this casting, she caught the attention of director Nigina Sayfullaeva, who subsequently offered her the role of Sasha in the film "Name Me" (2014).

In the tenth grade, Aleksandra Bortich went to the theater studio at the Pioneers Palace. It was there that she realized that she wanted to become an actress. However, she failed to enter the theater institute. Then, she went to study at a pedagogical university, which she ended up leaving very soon.

Aleksandra Bortich was romantically involved with Russian actor Ilya Malanin, whom she met while filming "The Elusive" in 2015. However, by the conclusion of 2016, Bortich and Malanin went their separate ways. In 2016, she tied the knot with rap singer Vyacheslav Vorontsov, but the marriage ended in divorce in 2018.
From 2019 onward, Bortich has been in a relationship with Evgeny Savelev. The couple welcomed their son, Alexander Savelev, in the summer of 2020 amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
