Blandina Changula was born on 28 July 1984 in Shinyanga Region, Tanzania, she completed primary education at Bugoyi School from 1990 to 1997 after that enrolled at Buluba Day Secondary School in Shinyanga from 1998 to 1999.
When she was in second, her school transferred to Kanawa boarding school in the Shinyanga region from 1999 to 2000, and after that, she was third, again transferred to the city of Dar es Salaam in the Greens school located in Temeke. Finally, she passed fourth in 2001.
