• The Wipro technology business was established in 1981 and currently, it has overall 160,000+ employees and clients across 54 countries including India country too.

• Basically, Wipro conducts 3 rounds of interviews for new employees. The selection is the process to choose potential working persons for a company or organization. 
• Wipro Recruitment process includes a selection stage when decisions are made as to the viability of a particular candidate's job application.

Eligibility of Wipro Selection Process

• A candidate must have more than 60% marks in the 10th & 12th OR diploma otherwise, candidates are not allowed to attend the Wipro interview. 
• Minimum of 60% marks in graduation and Post Graduation ( if applicable). 
• A candidate should not have any pending backlogs at the time of applying for the Wipro selection interview process.

Preparation for Wipro Placement:

• Wipro recruitment happens for the role of Project engineer either in Wipro or Wipro Turbo. 
• The candidate who is recruited in Wipro Turbo is usually offered a higher package than the normal. You should not confuse Wipro Turbo with Wipro TRB (Team Rainbow).
• Wipro conducts all its Talent Acquisition on the Wipro Synergy platform. If you are taking a test of Wipro or an off-campus drive, then you can access Wipro Synergy platform using your candidate login details. 
• Wipro generally does off-campus drives. If you are interested then, you can apply here on the Wipro site and stay updated with any of the placement drives that are happening.

• Wipro recruitment process is usually conducted using an AMCAT test result or a Co-Cubes pattern but some they conduct the off-campus drive in Wipro campus.
