Sagitec Interview ProcessSagitec is an MNC company, it works in various fields like software development and product support. Every year it hires candidates for the role of software developer or support engineer. In last month I attend Sagitec Interview and here I’m going to share my experience about Sagitec Interview Process, I hope it will help someone who is going to attend Sagitec Interview.
Sagitec Interview Rounds
There were total four rounds which are listed below, latter I will explain it one by one in detail.
- Paper-based test
- Technical interview
- Manager interview
- Hr round
1. Paper based test
In this round there were 30 questions in 25 minutes, each question was of 1 mark, there was no negative marking. The questions were from aptitude, java, SQL, database subjects. The programming language may vary based on your programming command, means it may either from Java or .Net. To qualify for the next round you have to score 20 marks in this paper-based test. The difficulty of questions was quite normal as like to other interview questions. To creak this round you have to know basic of the database, SQL and aptitude.
2. Technical interview
This round was face to face technical round, in this round there were basic and logical questions from C, .Net, some logic-based questions. This round was conducted around for 30 minutes. If you are able to creak this round, then the next round will be easy for you. As I said previous, you have to be very clear about basic concepts to creak interview in this company.
3. Manager interview
I manager round, the manager asked me basic and easy questions on C, C++, OOPS, Java, SQL for 15 minutes. This was a normal interview and questions were average means easier than the technical interview. If you are able to creak technical round then you will easily creak this round.
4. Hr Interview
This was an introductory interview, just normal hr questions, nothing extra from hr interview. I’m thinking that they are only looking that you are able to communicate properly, your presence of mind and behavior, etc.
Interview result joining and salary
After Hr round, they told me you got selected for the role, and they said that you will receive an email with offer letter within 2-3 days, as I got. They offered me a package of 2.4 LPA as a fresher.
